Want to add visibility and value to your conference participation? Consider a conference sponsorship or exhibit display! Various levels of sponsorships are offered with unique acknowledgements and opportunities associated with each one. Most importantly, you don’t have to be an industry giant to show your support! Sponsors will be listed (where appropriate) in all conference publications and a link to your company/organization will be placed on this website. Additional details for each sponsorship level are shown below.

Platinum (Reception/Dinner) Sponsor ($5,000+)
Sponsors at this level receive their logo with link on the Conference website home page, logo and/or name on Conference materials as well as recognition as a Platinum Sponsor at the Conference. A sign thanking your company or organization will be utilized as appropriate. Platinum Sponsors also receive three (3) free attendee registrations, a free exhibit space, and have the option of placing an item (brochure, etc.) in the registration packets.

Gold (Luncheon) Sponsor ($3,000)
Gold Sponsors receive their logo with link on the Conference website home page, logo and/or name on Conference materials as well as recognition as a Gold Sponsor at the Conference. A sign recognizing your contribution during lunch will also be provided. Gold Sponsors also receive two (2) free attendee registrations and a free exhibit space.

Silver (Breakfast) Sponsor ($1,500)
Silver Sponsors receive their logo with link on the Conference website home page, logo and/or name on Conference materials as well as recognition as a Silver Sponsor at the Conference. A sign recognizing your contribution during breakfast will also be provided.

Bronze (Break) Sponsor ($750)
Bronze Sponsors receive a link on the Conference website, logo and/or name on Conference materials as well as recognition as a Bronze Sponsor at the Conference. A sign recognizing your contribution during the break will also be provided.

Friend-of-ITED ($350)
Friend-of-ITED Sponsors receive a link on the Conference website, name on Conference materials as well as recognition as a Friend-of-ITED Sponsor at the Conference.

Endorsing Sponsor
This classification is intended for organizations and/or agencies that are providing in-kind or endorsing support. Endorsing support is defined as allowing use of logo; demonstrating support for the Conference in emails, newsletters, etc. to members via mailers and/or list-serves; as well as posting Conference information to their respective websites. No financial commitment is required. Not open to for-profit business entities.

Non-Sponsor Vendor ($500)
A limited number of 10x5 display spaces are available. Please see the 2nd page of the Sponsor/Vendor Registration Form for more information.

Companies or organizations that wish to participate in the conference as sponsors are encouraged to complete the Registration Form on the following page. Remember, the earlier you send in your sponsorship, the more exposure you will receive!
