REGISTRATION -registration is now closed.

There are several different registration options available for this year’s event. For your convenience we have summarized them below. The early registration deadline is Monday, April 4, 2011.

Full Attendee Registration. Includes admittance to all sessions and evening social activities (you still must signup for evening social activities). It also includes breakfast and lunch on Monday, May 2nd and Tuesday, May 3rd. Cost is $350.00. Moderators receive a $50.00 discount and Speakers receive a $150.00 discount.

One-Day Attendee Registration. Includes admittance to all sessions and evening social activities (pending space availability) for Monday, May 2nd OR Tuesday, May 3rd. It also includes breakfast and lunch. Cost is $175.00 for May 2nd (includes evening dinner) and $150.00 for May 3rd.

Activities. Guests are invited to join attendees for evening social activities. Individual activity costs are as follows. Please note that attendees must signup for activities when they register. Space for the dinner on May 2nd is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sunday, May 1st - Reception at The Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences: Attendee - free, Adult Guest - $10.00, Child (2-11 yrs) - $5.00

Monday, May 2nd - Dinner at the West Virginia Cultural Center: Attendee - free, Adult Guest - $35.00, Child (2-11 yrs) - $15.00

Student Registration. Student registration is $35.00 per day or $50.00 for both days and covers all items as described in the Full Attendee Registration.

Professional Development Hours
Attendees can receive a certificate showing the ten (10) Professional Development Hours (PDHs) they receive for attending the conference. Attendees must indicate their desire to receive the certificate on the Registration Form.
